It's a bill to forbid employers from honoring employees' requests to deduct their union dues from their paychecks.
Here's the good news: The <="http://www.house.mo.gov/billsummary.aspx?bill=hb64&year=2013&code=R">bill passed 93-62, which is not a veto-proof majority. Both Republicans and Democrats opposed it. We hope Gov. Jay Nixon vetoes it.
Here's more good news: No Rights at Work was not attached to the bill as an amendment, which was rumored to happen. Now was a ban on prevailing wages.
