And how about that packaging!

<="http://americanmanufacturing.org/blog/detroit-mi-lcd-tvs">manufacture this brings us the good news that Element Electronics' flat-screen TVs are now for sale:
It's not every day you see such bold "Made in the USA" pronouncements plastered all over the packaging of electronics.
Interestingly it was a year ago today that we reported on Element Electronics' pledge to begin producing flat screen TVs in Detroit. Now, those televisions have hit the market.
We understand they've been seen at Target. But Element's website lists other places their products are available (click <="http://www.elementelectronics.com/#&panel1-5">here and look to the lower right of the screen).

To our knowledge, they're the only television sets made in the USA. Be careful, though. Not all Element's products are American-made. So check the labels before you buy.
